Educational Needs of Managers of Kindergartens in the Central Bohemian Region

4 ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis deals with identifying educational needs of managers of kindergartens in Central Bohemian Region and educational opportunities in Central Bohemia and Prague. The aim of this research was to find those needs, monitor managers' level of satisfaction with current educational opportunities in the region. It also searched for a dependence of the priorities of the educational needs on the amount of years spent in the leading position. The scientific literature is presented in the theoretical part of this work. It also provides an overview of the current status of pre-school education and legal requirements for the job. The key point of the research is based on a survey among managers of kindergartens of the Central Bohemian Region and its subsequent analysis. The survey results lead to the creation of a plastic view at the educational opportunities for the managers in the context with their educational needs. The final part of this work presents the results of investigations to confirm managers' interest in further education. Furthermore, it shows their satisfaction with educational options in the context of their needs and the results of the investigation that do not confirm the dependence of the selection of educational areas on the number of years spent in a leading position....

Growth of teachers and the participation of management in art schools (related to the curricular reform)

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the teaching profession in primary schools of art in the 21st century in the context of curricular reform. It addresses not only the readiness of teachers to changes that the curriculum documents bring, but at the same time solves position management (role of directors) in this process. Concretizes the development of the teaching profession from the perspective of management in art schools. The research part of the thesis analyzes the selected documents school curricula, defines the content development for teachers through the training of teachers and emerging approaches of directors in this process. Dissertation will complete the topic by the recommendations of advanced training teachers for the management of teachers in art schools. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The Bachelors's Thesis "Educational needs of pedagogic workers interest education " aims to identify and analyze the training needs of teachers of formal education, specifically those teachers and educators of free time school groups and school clubs. The work is divided into two part is, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to three sub- regions-1) it discusses the legislative anchoring of teachers, 2) it explains the fundamental concepts of the corresponding sphere, and 3) it describes the options and types of further education of teachers. The practical part is conceived as an analysis of the educational needs of target groups. In terms of methodology, structured interviews and questionnaires were used . The aim of the work was to determine the preferences of the respondents in the area of supplementary education . Education of individuals with Asperger syndrome

The basic idea of the present study is to acquaint people with Asperger syndrome, which belong to the autism spectrum disorders. The aim was to insight into the mind of individuals with this diagnosis, the effort to understand their thinking so that we can integrate these individuals to the fullest extent of assistance to participate in society. From another point of view, this paper can also help teachers and educators to prevent conflicts or resolve them. My primary aim is to create a file that clarifies and familiarizes readers with a pervasive developmental disorder Asperger syndrome, it will help them in working with individuals with this disability. I tried to find specific forms of communication, specific words, phrases, when, where, how or what to use, find specific ways of dealing with individuals with this condition. The thesis is structured into five parts to affect the fundamental issues of education for individuals with Asperger syndrome. In the first chapter I try to summarize knowledge about autism in general, the second will focus on the description of disability Asperger syndrome. In the third section I focus on the question about communication, its variations, the concept of communication in case of disabled individuals and the possible ways of communication with the affected...

The beginnings of elementary education in the region of České Budějovice

This thesis deals with the beginnings of education in the Czech lands, in particular in České Budějovice. It also mentions the creation and development of elementary and middle-class schools. Great attention is paid to the foundation of Matiční school by August Zátka. The thesis concentrates also on the training of teachers, and last but not least, the content of school subjects in the years 1869?1920. The thesis is supplemented by attached annexes, which contain photos of schools, women's Association Ludmila, teacher's Institute in Kutná Hora and final report from 1905.
